My new favorite dessert: OATMEAL PIE

I tasted my first oatmeal pie courtesy of Thelma and it changed my life.  The picture below is a picture of the one I made for my parents the following night.  And we ended up making two more before the week was out.  SO VERY GOOD!  I stopped and got some Mayfield’s vanilla ice cream to serve with it, and it took the pie to a whole new level.

Sister Slumber Party

Oh, yeah – it got buck wild.

Out.of.control.  I’m telling you.  The neighbors almost called the cops on us.

Highlights include: Target dollar bins (half off Christmas wrapping paper FTW!), Love Actually, DQ blizzards (on a full stomach), shoppppping!!!, a cooooold shower, a dog photoshoot, an lots of laughs!!!
