Vacation’s over! Booooo!
Or not! Ha! The dogs were so ready to go and so terrified that we were going to leave them!
We tried a new thing this time and made the dogs sit in the back. It was wonderful!!! Usually the pugs sit on my lap and it is SO uncomfortable. This trip was great!

What a way to ring in the last day of 2011!
Even though it was such a fun morning, I was looking quite rough. Please excuse my face.
This is one of my most favorite photos ever. I’m not sure why. Maybe because it looks like “normal” hair. Just kidding. Probably because it is just so true – we were all kind of in awe of the sunrise and just couldn’t look away. This one was taken by Brent with his iPhone.
